When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, business name and project details — whatever you choose to share with us.
We also use Cloudflare Turnstile to verify you're a real person. Turnstile is a bot-detection service run by Cloudflare. It processes limited technical data (like browser signals) to make that determination. No CAPTCHAs, no tracking cookies. Cloudflare's privacy policy covers how they handle that data.
Your form submission is delivered to us by Resend, an email delivery service. We use the information you provide to reply to your enquiry — nothing else. We don't add you to a mailing list, sell your data or share it with anyone beyond the services described here.
We keep contact form submissions in our email for as long as they're useful to the conversation. There's no automated retention schedule — when a thread is done and there's no reason to keep it, we delete it.
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to show you what data we hold, correct it or delete it. Get in touch and we'll sort it out.
